Shipping

ShippinOrders placed before 12pm are made and shipped out the same day. Shipping is 3-4 days but may take longer depending on USPS shipping issues. (Quick reminder that the products you order are made through a handmade process and high demand days may delay the process time by two days at most!) 

All Products EXCEPT stickers and jewelry are shipped via USPS with tracking. (Stickers and jewelry are sent by mail without tracking.)  After the item(s) have been shipped, you will receive a tracking CONFIRMATION EMAIL. If you have tracking inquiries please contact USPS as we do not have control over the transit of your order.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR SHIPPING DURATIONS/CONCERNS/LOST MAIL ONCE A PACKAGE HAS BEEN ACCEPTED BY USPS.

Return policy

Jewelry and stickers may not be returned for safety purposes. Although, If you had a change of heart and would like to return a phone case you may as long as you contact us within 10 days after you made the purchase! Please have your order number and only return unopened and unused products. Contact us @by.kareline for a return address and we will refund or exchange your order :)
