(Stickers and jewelry are sent by mail without tracking.)  After the item(s) have been shipped, you will receive a tracking CONFIRMATION EMAIL. Jewelry and stickers may not be returned for safety purposes. Although, If you had a change of heart and would like to return a phone case you may as long as you contact us within 10 days after you made the purchase! Please have your order number and only return unopened and unused products. Contact us @by.kareline for a return address and we will refund or exchange your order :)
